Most of what lives in our toy drawer, I chose for Evy.
The cages, the plugs, the things that lock and keep and remind her exactly what she is. If you read this site you already know that rhythm, darling : the Mistress equips the sissy, and the sissy wears what she is given. It is most of what femdom actually looks like day to day, the quiet logistics of keeping someone.
So let me tell you something you might not expect. The Lovense Lush 4 is the one I bought for me.
Not for Evy to wear. For me to wear. The Lush 4 is a wearable vibrator designed, before anything else, for the pleasure of the woman wearing it, and after two months I can tell you it does that better than anything else in our drawer. I wear it when I peg her. I wear it on quiet evenings. And on the nights I feel generous, I hand Evy my phone and let her tend to me from the next room while she gets nothing back. This is the honest review of a toy that, for once, is mine.
What I Expected Before I Started
I will be honest about my own assumption, because it is probably yours too.
I assumed a wearable was a sissyβs toy. Something you lock onto the person who is being kept, a small device of control you operate from your phone while she squirms three rooms away. I had read the Lush 4 reviews with exactly that scene in mind. I bought it, if I am honest, half-thinking it would become another thing Evy wears for me.
What I did not expect was the first time I tried it on myself, to learn it before I gave it to her, and realised I did not want to give it to her at all. The Lush 4 is built for a body like mine. The insertable shape, the arm, the way the whole thing settles, all of it is engineered around the anatomy of the person wearing it for her own sake. It is a toy for the Mistress. That surprised me, and it is the reason this review reads differently from most.
Out of the Box
The Lush 4 arrives in the small, satisfyingly heavy white box with a magnetic clasp that has become Lovenseβs signature. Inside : the Lush 4 itself, a magnetic charging cable, a small sealed sachet of body-safe water-based lubricant, a quick-start card, and a Lovense Remote app pairing code.
The form is the point. The Lush 4 is an insertable body with a slim, flexible external arm. The body sits internally and carries the main motor. The arm curves out and rests against the clitoris, so the stimulation is internal and external at once. This is not a plug and it is not a perineum toy. It is shaped, deliberately, for a womanβs pleasure, and the redesign over the Lush 3 (a wider, flatter body, a thinner more flexible arm) is what lets it stay seated through real movement instead of shifting the moment you stand up.
The colour I tested is the deep pink, which Lovense markets as their signature shade. The silicone is body-safe, medical-grade, IPX7 waterproof (you can take it into the shower), with the soft, slightly tacky finish that resists lint, an underrated quality on any wearable.
The new addition since the Lush 3 is the LED tail light. The arm carries a small multicolour LED that, by default, syncs with the vibration intensity in real time. It is fun in the right setting and a problem in the wrong one, so Lovense has wisely made it fully disableable from the app. I leave it on for scenes at home and off when I wear the Lush out.
The App : Mine, or Hers When I Allow It
Most of the Lush 4βs value is the Lovense Remote app, and this is where the toy earns its keep for me specifically.
I had used app-controlled toys before. Most of them ship with software that feels like a hobby project. Lovense Remote is something else, a genuinely well-built piece of control : fine vibration intensity, custom patterns you save and replay, music-synced vibrations that follow whatever track is playing, sound-activated vibrations that respond to ambient noise and voices, and long-distance partner mode.
What matters here is who holds the phone. With the Lush 4, that is my decision and only mine. Most evenings I drive it myself, one hand on the slider while the rest of the night carries on. But the app also lets me link Evyβs phone to my toy, and on the nights I choose to, I hand her the control. She runs my pleasure from across the room, attentive, careful, watching my face for whether she is getting it right. The keyholder does not stop being the keyholder because she has handed over a phone. Handing it to her is the command, not the surrender. I can take it back with a word, and she knows it.
A note on hygiene before I go on. The Lush 4 is IPX7 waterproof, so full immersion is fine. Wash with mild unscented soap and warm water after every session, and dry thoroughly before storing. Same protocol as any body-safe silicone toy, and the same logic as our chastity hygiene canon : trapped moisture is the enemy. The magnetic charging port is the only spot that needs a careful dry afterwards. A soft cloth and a few minutes of air before it goes back on the charger.
Worn Under the Harness : The Scene I Bought It For
Here is the section I want to spend real time on, because it is the reason the Lush 4 has a permanent place in our drawer.
For years, when I pegged my Evy, I felt the act from outside it. The harness setup is its own ritual, the straps, the dildo chosen from the drawer, her watching me dress, and I would not give that ritual up for anything. But the harness gives the sensation to her and leaves me performing. I was giving pegging without receiving any of it in my own body.
The Lush 4 changed that without changing the ritual. It is slim enough to wear internally underneath the harness. So now I seat the Lush, set a low steady pattern, dress in the harness over it, and peg her with my own pleasure running quietly the entire time. The harness does its work. The Lush does mine. Evy still watches me get ready, the ceremony is intact, but the woman standing over her at the end of it is occupied in her own body, not just driving the scene from above it. She feels the difference immediately, every time, in how my breath moves.
If that sounds familiar, it is because the Lovense Lapis solves the same problem a different way. The Lapis is a strapless with the wearer-sensation built into one object. The Lush-under-the-harness keeps the full harness ritual and adds my pleasure underneath it. They do not combine, the Lapis and the Lush occupy the same space on my body, so it is one or the other on a given night. The Lapis is for the shared, stripped-down evenings. The Lush under the harness is for the nights I want the whole ceremony and my own pleasure too. Both live in the drawer for a reason.
Handing Evy the Phone
The other scene the Lush 4 made possible is quieter, and it is one of my favourites.
I wear the Lush around an ordinary evening, and I hand Evy my phone. She sits across the room, or works in the next one, and her single job is to attend to me. A low pattern held steady while I read. A slow rise across half an hour while she watches to see if she has read me right. She gets nothing for herself out of it, and that is exactly the point of the scene, the sissy tending her Mistressβs pleasure with her whole attention and wanting nothing back.
So here is the one thing I will ask of you, my sissy, and I mean it as a ritual to keep. The next time your Mistress takes her pleasure in front of you, or hands you the means to give it to her, tend to it with everything you have and expect none of your own. You are not being left out. You are being taught that her pleasure is the whole of the room, and that wanting nothing back is its own kind of being kept. Sit with that until it stops feeling like a loss. It will.
For a sissy who is also locked, this is a particular gift. Evy attends to me from across the room with her own Holy Trainer doing the keeping, no possibility of her own release anywhere in the scene, her whole focus turned outward toward me. The cage holds her. The phone in her hand turns that holding into service.
What About Evy? We Tried
I know the question you are asking, because we asked it too : can she wear it?
We tried. The Lush 4 works on Evy, in the sense that the motor is strong and the app is the same, and there were a couple of evenings where she wore it and enjoyed it. But the Lush is shaped for my body, not hers. The insertable form and the external arm are engineered around a womanβs anatomy, and on a sissy they are a compromise rather than a fit. It does something. It does not do the thing it was built to do.
What it did do was settle a decision. If we want a wearable that keeps Evy full and quietly at my mercy through an ordinary day, the right tool is the anal one, built for her body the way the Lush is built for mine. That is the Hush, and we have already put it through the same two-month test, locked and worn all day. If you are a sissy reading this hoping the Lush 4 is your wearable, read our Hush 2 review instead. It is the same Lovense app and ecosystem, and it is the one actually made for you. The Lush is mine.
Who Is This Toy For?
The Lovense Lush 4 is the wearable I would recommend to a specific person, and she is not who most reviews assume.

Evyβs Verdict : From the Other Side of the App
A note from me, because Bee asked me to write the half of this review she cannot write from inside her own body.
I want to describe what it is like to be the one holding her phone, because it taught me something about service I did not expect.
When Bee hands me the control, nothing is being given to me. That is the first thing to understand. There is no toy on me, no release waiting for me at the end, often the cage is already doing its quiet work and there is no possibility of my own pleasure anywhere in the evening. There is only her, across the room, and the small glowing slider in my hand that is now my entire responsibility. I watch her face. I learn her breath. I adjust by a single level and watch what it does. The whole of me narrows to the question of whether I am getting her pleasure right.
It is the purest service I know. With the cage, I am kept by being denied. With her phone in my hand, I am kept by being trusted, and the trust is heavier than the denial. She can take it back with a word, and knowing that is part of what makes holding it feel like such a gift.
And the one or two evenings I wore the Lush myself, I understood why it is hers and not mine. It is lovely. It is simply built for a body shaped differently from mine. I was glad, afterwards, that it pointed us toward the toy that is actually made for me.
Yours, Evy π

A note on the price. At $129, the Lush 4 sits at the top of the wearable vibrator category. The Lush 3 is still available at $119, and it remains a perfectly good toy, but the Lush 4 improvements (the redesigned body that stays seated, the doubled range, the LED on a switch, the faster charging) are meaningful enough that I would put the extra ten dollars into the upgrade every time.
If you are coming to this review from our Lovense Lapis review, the two toys are the same decision approached from opposite ends : the Lapis builds the wearerβs pleasure into a strapless, the Lush adds it underneath the harness you already use. If you are a locked sissy looking for your own wearable, read the Hush 2 review and our guide to the toys you can pair with a cage. The Lush, I am keeping.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Lush 4 for the wearer or for the person controlling it?
Both, but it is designed first for the pleasure of the person wearing it. The insertable body and external arm are shaped around a woman's anatomy, so in our practice it is the toy Bee wears for herself. The control can stay with the wearer or be handed to a partner through the Lovense Remote app, but the sensation is built for the body it is on.
Can a Mistress wear it under a strap-on harness?
Yes, and it is the main reason we own it. The Lush 4 is slim enough to be seated internally underneath a harness setup, so the wearer feels her own pleasure while she pegs. It keeps the full harness ritual intact and adds the wearer's sensation underneath it, which is a different approach from the Lovense Lapis strapless.
Can the Lush 4 and the Lapis be used together?
No. They occupy the same space on the wearer's body, so it is one or the other on a given night. Think of them as alternatives : the Lapis is a strapless that combines wearing and pegging into one object, the Lush sits under a separate harness. Many couples in our community own both and alternate by the kind of evening they want.
Can a sissy wear the Lush 4?
It works, but it is not built for a sissy's body. The shape is engineered for a woman's anatomy, so on a sissy it is a compromise rather than a fit. If you want a wearable that keeps a locked sissy full and at her Mistress's mercy all day, the right tool is the anal one. Read our Hush 2 review for the toy actually made for that.
How discreet is it, and how loud?
Discreet enough to wear out under a dress with the LED tail light disabled. It is quiet but not silent : undetectable in a restaurant with background noise, audible from a few feet in a hushed room at higher intensities. Keep intensities low in quiet settings and the LED off for discreet wear.
Do I need the app and an account?
Yes for the full experience. The Lush 4 has minimal local buttons ; custom patterns, music sync, sound-activated mode, and long-distance control all live in the Lovense Remote app, which requires a free Lovense account even for local Bluetooth use. If account-free is a hard requirement for you, this is not your toy.
Take your pleasure, darling. They can wait for theirs.
