Plain-English summary.

By using Sissy WanaBee, you confirm you're at least 18, you agree not to break the law on our site, and you understand that the information we publish (especially about chastity, BDSM, and body practices) is for educational purposes — not a substitute for medical advice. These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply where they are more protective than French law.

Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory local consumer protections grant you the right to sue in your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
