What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to remember your actions and preferences (login, language, analytics opt-in, etc.) over time.
On Sissy WanaBee, we use cookies sparingly. We don't set cookies that track you across unrelated sites, and we don't sell your data to advertisers.

Third-party cookies (only set if you consent).
The following cookies are set by third-party services we use. They are only loaded after you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner. If you decline, they are never loaded.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (which pages are read, where readers come from, which devices they use). The data is aggregated and anonymised — we cannot identify individuals from it. IP addresses are anonymised before storage.

Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare as our CDN and security layer. Cloudflare may set a small number of cookies for security purposes (bot detection, rate-limiting).

Admin tools (only under /admin/)
Our admin area is private and never loads on the public site. After you sign in, it stores
an authentication token in your browser (localStorage): the dashboard and tools
(/admin/, /admin/links/, /admin/confessions/) use
Supabase Auth, and the Sveltia CMS content editor (/admin/cms/) uses GitHub
OAuth. These are only loaded if you visit those admin pages.

When you first visit the site, you'll see a banner asking whether you accept analytics cookies. You can decline — in which case, we never load Google Analytics. You can revisit your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
