I want to start this review with the honest part, the part that is really the whole point of a plug for a sissy like me.
I did not buy the Hush 2 for a scene. I bought it to be kept. There is a particular state a locked sissy learns to crave, and it is not the headline kind of pleasure : it is the quiet, constant, all-day awareness of being occupied. Full at the back, closed at the front, and reminded of both every time I sit down. We own the third size in the range, the 1.75 inch, and after two months of wearing it I can tell you exactly what it is, what the rest of the range is for, and who should buy which.
Two months later, this is the review of the plug that taught me the difference between wearing something and being worn by someone.
What I Expected Before I Started
I expected a slightly fancier plug. I had owned a plain silicone one for years, the kind you put in and then simply have in, and I assumed the Hush 2 would be that with a motor bolted on. I expected to wear it for an afternoon, find the novelty wore off, and quietly return to the plain one.
What I did not expect was that the app would change the entire character of the thing. A plain plug is a state you put yourself in. The Hush 2 is a state Bee puts me in and then keeps adjusting, from her phone, on a timing I never see coming. Within two weeks it had become the toy she reaches for on the days she wants me aware of her from the moment I dress to the moment she lets me undress. That is a different toy than the one I thought I was buying.
Out of the Box
The Hush 2 arrives in the heavy white box with the magnetic clasp that Lovense uses across the line. Inside, exactly as Lovense lists it : a user manual, a magnetic USB charging cable, the Hush 2 itself, the product box, and a genuinely discreet outer packaging with nothing on it that gives the contents away.
The shape is the point. The Hush 2 has a rounded insertable bulb, a narrow tapered neck, and a flared base, and that geometry is what lets it sit comfortably seated for hours instead of demanding attention. The neck is where the body holds it, so the plug stays put through walking, sitting, and a whole day of ordinary movement without you having to think about it.
We own the third size, the 1.75 inch (44 mm). I will be honest about why we landed there rather than the smallest : I am not new to this, I wear my plug long and often, and the 44 mm is the size that keeps me properly full all day without tipping into a struggle. The smaller sizes felt to me like a hint. This one feels like being kept. If you are newer, that calculus is completely different, which is exactly why the range exists, and I will come to it next. The silicone is body-safe, soft with the slightly tacky finish Lovense uses across the line, the whole thing is IPX7 waterproof, and the magnetic charging port sits flush in the base.
The Range : A Size for Every Sissy
This is the part I want any sissy choosing her first Hush to read, because the single most common mistake is buying the wrong size, and Lovense has made that easy to get right.
All four share the same motor, the same app, and the same flat base (67 mm on the first three, 81 mm on the largest). What changes is the bulb. Here is the whole range, with the price for each :
| Size | Max diameter | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 1 in (25 mm) | 3.86 in (98 mm) | $79 |
| S | 1.5 in (38 mm) | 3.94 in (100 mm) | $99 |
| M (ours) | 1.75 in (44 mm) | 4.45 in (113 mm) | $99 |
| L | 2.25 in (57 mm) | 5.16 in (131 mm) | $99 |
There is genuinely a size for every sissy here, and that is the real strength of the Hush 2 as a range rather than a single toy.
I will admit one thing here, since Bee will only tease me about it anyway : I wear the 44 mm very happily, and I have still asked her for the 57 mm for my birthday. I always want a little bigger. She finds this extremely funny, and she has not said no.
The point of the range is that you never have to choose between too timid to feel and too much to wear. You pick the size that matches where your body actually is today, and you step up later as it learns. If you are also still choosing the cage that will sit over the front, start with our beginner chastity cage guide.
The First Weeks
Bee had me wear it for a few quiet days at home first, before she ever touched the app, so I could learn the plug itself.
Insertion is unhurried with the 44 mm : plenty of lubricant, slow, and the tapered neck does the rest, settling it into place. At this size there is a real first moment of fullness that the smallest plug simply does not give you, and that fullness is the entire reason I wear it. The first hour I was very aware of it. By the second hour it had stopped announcing itself and become a low, constant background, present whenever I shifted but no longer demanding. By the afternoon I had forgotten it in the foreground and remembered it only in waves, which is exactly the state it is built for.
The lesson is to match the size to your experience, not your ambition. The 44 mm is right for a body that already knows plugs. If you are newer, a size you can comfortably wear for hours is worth far more to this practice than a bigger one you spend the day negotiating with. Whatever size you land on, seated well it disappears into an ordinary day, and that is the whole job. Once it is settled right, I can keep mine in for very long stretches, far longer than any plain plug I have worn, because the tapered neck is built to be lived in rather than endured.
The App
The Hush 2 runs on the Lovense Remote app, the same app that drives the Edge 2 and the Lapis and the rest of the line. If you already use Lovense products it pairs in under a minute and everything is there : preset patterns, custom patterns you save and replay, music sync, sound-activated mode, and long-distance partner control.
The Hush 2 has a single motor, so there is one intensity to drive rather than the Edge 2βs two, but the motor is deep and genuinely strong for a plug this discreet. What matters is who holds the phone. Bee keeps the app on hers, and from that moment the plug is not something I am wearing so much as something she is operating. She sends a slow pattern in the middle of a quiet afternoon. She forgets me for an hour and then a single low pulse reminds me she has not. The upgraded antenna means the signal holds across the whole house, and the long-distance mode means the next room could just as easily be another city.
A note on hygiene before I go further. The Hush 2 is IPX7 waterproof, so full immersion is fine. Wash it with mild unscented soap and warm water after every wear, and dry it thoroughly before it goes away. A plug earns a little extra care here, so clean it properly and unhurriedly every time. The magnetic charging port is the only spot that needs attention, a soft cloth and a few minutes of air before charging. Standard, nothing exotic.
The Scenes : How We Actually Use It
A plug is not really a scene toy, and that is its whole character. Where the Edge 2 is the toy for an eveningβs scene, the Hush is the one I keep in for hours and hours, and I do. It has found three places in our practice, and each is about being kept rather than being played with.
Kept full while locked
This is the pairing the Hush 2 was made for, and it is the one I want to spend the most time on.
I seat the plug in the morning. Bee locks the cage over the front. And then I simply go about the day, full at the back and closed at the front at the same time, a body that is occupied and held with nowhere for any of it to go. It is not edge play and it is not a finish. It is a constant, low, all-day state of being kept, and for a locked sissy that state is its own deep satisfaction. The fullness becomes a reminder I carry into every ordinary task, and the cage makes sure the reminder has nowhere to lead except back to her. If you want the whole framework, our guide to combining toys with chastity puts this pairing at the centre, and after two months I understand why.
Out of the house
Because it is nearly silent once inserted and disappears completely under clothes, the Hush 2 comes out of the house with me. Worn under ordinary clothing on an ordinary errand, locked, with Beeβs phone in her bag, it turns a dull afternoon into a quiet scene only the two of us know is happening. The discretion is genuine : seated and still, it makes no sound anyone could notice, and the flared base means it stays exactly where it was put through a whole day on my feet.
Her phone reaching into the day
This is the use that turned me. Bee at her desk in the next room, or out entirely, occasionally reaching for her phone to send a pattern into the middle of whatever I am doing. I never know when. The plug turns ordinary domestic time into something with her hand in it, hours at a stretch, without either of us having to set anything aside. It is the gentlest, most constant way she keeps me, and it is the thing a plain plug could never do.
Who Is This Toy For?
The Lovense Hush 2 is the plug I would put on a sissy who wants to be kept rather than played with.

Mistressβs Verdict : From Bee
A note from me, darling.
I want to write this from the side of the person holding the phone, because the plug is the most misunderstood toy in a locked sissyβs drawer. People think of it as foreplay. For us it is something quieter and, day to day, more useful : it is how I keep my Evy mine while she does the dishes.
When I seat the Hush 2 in her in the morning and lock the cage over the front, I have not set up a scene. I have set the tone of her whole day. Full and closed at once, carrying both sensations into every ordinary hour, and never quite sure when my phone will remind her I am paying attention. That low, constant claim is worth more to our practice than any single dramatic evening. It is the toy that makes a Tuesday belong to me.
The Hush 2 is the one I reach for when I want her kept, not played with. We wear the 1.75 inch because my Evy is experienced and I like her properly full, but the thing I most want you to take from this review is that you should buy the size that fits your sissy, not ours. Pair whichever you choose with the cage, pair it with our guide to toys and chastity, and you have a way to carry the dynamic out of the bedroom and into the whole day.
Four and a half stars. The half reserved for the battery and the account requirement, both real, neither fatal. Everything else, the comfort, the discretion, the strength of the motor, the app, the genuine range of sizes, is best in class.
Yours, Mistress Bee π

Buy the Lovense Hush 2 on Lovense
A note on price and size. The smallest is $79 and the other three sizes are all $99, so once you are past the starter size you do not pay a penny more to size up, which I think is quietly generous of Lovense. You can find cheaper vibrating plugs, but the cheaper ones do not give your Mistress the app, the upgraded antenna, or the long-distance control, which is the entire reason to choose this one. On size, buy for the body you have, not the one you imagine : the 44 mm we wear is a confident size for an experienced sissy, while a first-timer should start at the 25 mm and step up later. There is a right one in this range for every sissy reading.
If you are coming to this review from our Lovense Edge 2 review, the two live in the same drawer for different purposes, the Edge for active edge play and the Hush for steady all-day wear. And if you are still choosing the cage to pair it with, start with our beginner chastity cage guide, then read what chastity actually is for the practice the plug belongs inside.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I wear the Hush 2 with a chastity cage?
Yes, and it is the use case we weight most heavily. The cage closes the front while the Hush 2 keeps you full from behind it, so you are held and occupied at once, often for hours under your clothes. App control means your Mistress can send a pattern into an ordinary afternoon from any room. For the whole approach, read our guide to combining toys with chastity.
Which of the four sizes should I get?
Buy for the body you have. The 25 mm XS is the right start for a nervous first-timer, the 38 mm S is a gentle step up, the 44 mm M is the confident all-day size we wear as experienced players, and the 57 mm L is for a sissy who wants to feel genuinely stretched. For all-day wear, a size you can keep in comfortably for hours matters far more than a bigger one you spend the day negotiating with, and you can always step up later.
How long can I actually wear it?
You can wear the plug itself for a long stretch comfortably thanks to the tapered neck and flared base, with sensible breaks and good hygiene. The vibration is a separate question : the battery gives about two hours of active vibration, so think of it as worn all day with patterns sent in waves rather than buzzing continuously. Follow the manufacturer's guidance and listen to your body on total wear time.
Is it discreet enough to wear in public?
Yes. Once inserted the Hush 2 is nearly silent and shows nothing under ordinary clothing, and the flared base keeps it seated through a full day on your feet. Worn locked under your clothes with your Mistress holding the app, it is one of the most discreet ways to carry the dynamic out of the house.
Do I need the app and an account?
Yes for the full experience. The Hush 2 has minimal local control ; the custom patterns, music sync, sound-activated mode, and long-distance partner control all live in the Lovense Remote app, which requires a free Lovense account even for local Bluetooth use. If account-free is a hard requirement for you, this is not your toy.
Kept full, locked, and looked after. Breathe, darling.
